Our Services

As we get older, daily living skills can bring about new challenges and the realisation that we cannot necessarily do some of the things we once could. Additionally, people with disabilities, may also be in need of physical, emotional or practical support on a daily basis. At Inter-County we provide a range of services to support you in your own home, and our holistic approach helps you and your family meet these challenges head-on.

Apart from having the basic needs of food, shelter and clothing, we recognise the importance of personal choice, safety, independence, self-esteem and meaningful contact with others, which combined together support the overall health and well-being of people using our service.

No two people are the same, nor do they have the same needs which is why we provide tailored, flexible care for adults who need additional help and support. In doing so, we enable people to live their lives as fully as possible in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, with the added reassurance that their care and well-being is in the best hands.

“Inter-County have been providing care in his own home to my Father for nearly 5 years. Prior to engaging with them he had been in hospital on a number of occasions and not really coping at home. It is completely realistic to say that Inter-County have transformed his quality of life – he is very well, cheerful and extremely grateful.”

“The agency ensured consistent carers, mainly having 2 ladies for the duration, which meant a beautiful rapport was built. For us, who work full time and lead busy lives, it was very reassuring that we had caring and attentive people look after our relative”

“The excellent work that’s been done by this company has given us the peace of mind to enable my mother to stay at home and live independently, the way that she wishes to do I cannot praise the staff enough.”
